This time, we’ve partnered with Pilates Corner to bring you two energizing Pilates sessions, followed by a delicious post-class treat featuring Flourish Pancakes, Briggs Maple and healthy toppings curtesy of Shop Santé. Plus, enjoy a curated in-store shopping experience with special guest vendor Luz Beauty Products.

Prepare for the event :
Please wear comfortable clothing. Grip socks are encouraged for the session. No mat is needed — one will be provided for you upon arrival. Refreshments will be available, but feel free to bring your own water bottle as well.
