A celebration of hockey
Game on! The City of Moncton is hosting an event-packed week leading up to Scotiabank Hockey Day in Canada on Jan. 17, 2026.
The celebration of Canada’s game will be capped by a marathon day-long broadcast featuring Canadian NHL teams in action on Sportsnet.
Sportsnet’s Ron MacLean and the Hockey Night in Canada panel will be in Moncton to host the celebration from Downtown Place next to the Avenir Centre.
