46th Annual General Meeting
Moncton – Tuesday, April 4th, 2023
President Jacques Allain stated 2022 was the year of NEW BEGINNINGS: “After a difficult 2 years, new businesses settled in, existing businesses reimagined themselves, and new events and festivals breathed life again into the streets of the downtown core. The new is bold, exciting, and reenergizing, and what is returning feels new after being gone for so long.
“Since coming out of the pandemic, DMCI has had a front row seat and witnessed a boom of cultural events and festivals, which have come back stronger than ever.” Stated Patrick Richard, Executive Director of DMCI. He continued, “In this new era of DMCI, we look forward to developing new projects, new ideas, and new processes, while maintaining the amazing work we’ve always delivered.”
DMCI’s 2022 Audited Financial Statements were presented by THIEL GREENE Chartered Professional Accountants and ratified by the members in attendance. THIEL GREENE were re-appointed as auditors for 2023 and the presentation of the new Board of Directors took place.
